Full Life Cycle Product Services

  HEC provides comprehensive product full life cycle services to customers both domestically and internationally. These services include product technical consulting, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance, upgrade and rehabilitation, online monitoring, and remote diagnostics, covering the full life cycle of the product from R&D, installation, to operation .   
  HEC has undertaken specialized research subject in the fields of digital twin technology in hydro and thermal power, iterating and upgrading in health assessment, optimized operation, and digital handover, achieving significant progress. Technological achievements have been successfully applied to dozens of units in several important power stations, including the "Lianghekou Hpp, Fengning Hpp, Three Gorges Hpp etc.The Remote Diagnosis Intelligent System" applied in the Fengman Hydropower station won the first prize in the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Awards.   
  Currently, the intelligent version 4.0 of power generation equipment has been successfully applied in the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, realizing real-time data-driven unit digital twin models, thereby establishing a high-precision mapping relationship between key components' physical entities and digital entities, assisting station operators master the comprehensive operating status of units in real-time, reduce unit maintenance costs, and assist in safe production at power stations.
